Payments:

Payments may be made by Check written out to Ballet Esprit, cash, or through your DanceStudioPro account (credit card, Autopay, or PayPal). Complete fees are needed to begin the dancer’s first class. We no longer accept Venmo.

Adult class payment options:

Adult students are offered the option of purchasing a 10-class “classes à la carte” punch card for $175, a 5-class card for $100 or buying individual drop-in classes for $25 per class. 

We also offer individual Privates, Coaching, and Choreography à la carte. Send an inquiry here, and we will be happy to work out details with you.

New student fees are $36.00. 

Current student registration each year: ‍

Current student registration fees are $36.00 at the beginning of the academic year. Otherwise enrollment rolls over into each following quarter.

Sibling registration fee.

Siblings of registered students have a fee of $15.50each.

The portal to register and pay can be found here. Please follow 2026/27 fee schedule of fees outlined above. There is a 10% late fee added 10 days after said due dates. 

1.5 years of age through 12th grade students must have previously enrolled in the Summer 2026 classes to be considered “Current.” Siblings of current students must register as well.

Payment deadlines:

Full academic year due on or before August 15, 2026 OR

*Semester Split Pay // 1st Installment is Due August 15, 2026. 2nd Installment is Due January 15, 2027.

**Quarter Split Pay // 1st Installment is Due August 15, 20256. 2nd Installment is Due October 15, 20256. 3rd Installment is Due January 15, 2027. 4th Installment is Due March 15, 2027.

***Summer Session is separate // Due June 15, 2027.

Costume & Performance Fee:

The per semester fee is due on or before October 15, 2025 and March 15, 2026. There are different fees for each age range: Pre School Division -  $81, Elementary Division - $103, Enrichment Division - $127, Intensive Division - $150, Youth Ensemble - TBD, and PreProfessional - per individual. This fee includes Rehearsal Directors’ Time, Props, Scenery, Venue Rental, Musical Arrangements, Coaching, Costume Rental, and other related fees making public appearances possible.

• Full payment of this fee is due on or before October 15, 2026, & March 15, 2027, regardless of participation. 

• Students will not be permitted to perform if there is any overdue account balance at the end of the year (May 28, 2027). 

• If you withdraw your child after mid October 2026 a refund will not be issued. 

Refunds:

• For registration: if a student registers for classes, and we are unable to place them in a class by Thanksgiving, the registration fee is not refunded, but used to hold the place for the child’s class the next quarter. 

• For tuition: in the event a student is unable to continue classes due to medical reasons or a family move, please contact the ballet office to discuss the account. 

• For performances: the performance and costume fee is a contribution to the whole of the support of performing arts and education. Please consider the contribution as non-refundable
